• Exchanges within 7 days You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
• No refunds after shipping Once an order has shipped, refunds are no longer available.
• Unworn items only Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Contact us first Email orders@kro-pk.shop with your order details before sending anything back.
